Sales inside & Pricing staff

JD:

-Checking and negotiation the cost of shipping & logistics with airlines, shipping lines, vendors of consolidation, warehouse, trucking, packages, customs… etc

-Making the services tariff and shipping schedule sheet as assigned

Making the quotation to partners / clients / agent network as assigned

-Build up good network and relationship with shipping lines, Airlines, Trucking providers…

-Support to Declare the export-import customs through VINACCS/VCIS and support other CS/OPS team in shipping documents, customs documents, delivery planning, submitting customs documents to customs offices...

-Monitoring the assigned shipments and keep updating to vender / clients/ agents under the internal processing of company.

-Keep contacting & collaborating with all of airlines, shipping lines, venders, agent network, clients to collect information and adapting all of requirements of stakeholders in timely and exactly

-Solving the occurred problems in processing of the shipment handling in effectiveness and meet on the satisfaction of customers / agents

-Collaborating & support with other internal departments to handle the freight.

-Willing to visit the assigned clients / partners to consult and build up the good relationships.

-Take care of assigned clients and implement the plans of business development

-undertaking other assigned tasks of Sales Support Center

Required experiences:

- Years of experiences: at least officially 12 months in same shipping / Logistics services industry included airfreight and Seafreight and good knowledge in freight forwarding.

- Education: graduated college or university in major of business administration, shipping economic, transportation, customs financial, international trade…

- Required language : English in 4 fluently skills are preferred

- Build relationship with internal and external partners

- The ability to work logically and systematically, with good time management

Required Skills:

- Proficient skills in PC software: Excel, Word and Power point, outlook e-mail.

- Good organizational, problem solving and analytical skills.

- Mature and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Highly motivated individual, energetic, and team-works.

- Problem-solving and decision-making skills plus the ability to think laterally while also offering creative solutions

*Office location: Indochina Park Tower, 04 Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street, District 1, HCMC

*Working hours: Monday to Friday (08:00 - 17:30)
